The City of Whitewater will hold its annual large item (bulk) pickup on the following Thursdays. This service is for items too large to fit in your garbage or recycling toters.
📅 Thursdays: May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28
Not accepted: yard waste, construction materials, hazardous materials, or electronics (including TVs).
📌 Placement Guidelines
• Place bulk items at least 6 feet away from toters
• Accepted: furniture, carpeting, large metal items, appliances, flattened cardboard
• Automotive batteries, tires (limit 2 per home per month), and used oil (sealed 1–5 gallon containers) must also be placed 6 feet away.
⏰ Timing Requirements
• Do not place items out before 4:00 p.m. the day prior
• Remove containers and remaining items by 9:00 a.m. the day after pickup
