🚓🦆 A Small Rescue with a Big Impact! 🦆🚓
On July 15th, Officer Fitzgerald and Captain Taft proved that no call for help is too small.
After spotting a stranded baby duck in need of assistance, the two officers safely rescued the little one and helped reunite it with its family. Thanks to their quick thinking, patience, and compassion, this tiny, feathered friend got a second chance to waddle on its way.
At the Whitewater Police Department, we're proud to serve and protect our community, whether it's our residents, visitors, or even our smallest wildlife.
Great job, Officer Fitzgerald and Captain Taft, for reminding us that kindness makes a difference, no matter the size of the one in need. 💙

Before serving food in the City of Whitewater, all mobile food vendors must obtain a City Mobile Food Establishment License. We've recently had several vendors begin operating without the required license, so we'd like to remind everyone of this requirement.
Getting licensed is quick and easy:
✅ Apply in person at the Whitewater City Clerk's Office
✅ Or apply online on the City of Whitewater's website under the "Forms" tab
💲 License fee: $7.00
Obtaining a license ensures all required approvals are in place and helps keep businesses in compliance with City ordinances.
