No formal Plan Commission Action will be taken during this meeting, although issues raised may become a part of a future agenda. Specific items listed on the agenda may not be discussed at this time; however citizens are invited to speak to those specific issues at the time the Plan Commission discusses that particular item.

Review and possible approval of extraterritorial Certified Survey Map (SCM) for : Portion located in part of the northeast 1/4 of the sourtheast 1/4 of section 29, town 5 north, Range 15 east, Jefferson County, Wisconsin for the Joseph R. Krusinski.

Site plan review and possible approval of a proposed commercial building located at the northeast corner of North Prospect and Endeavor Drive, parcel number 292-0515-3434-003, for Larry Chapman, owner.

Review and possible recommendation of approval of a Certified Survey May (CSM for :Being a part of the southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5 and part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, all in Township 4 North, Range 15 East, City of Whitewater, Walworth County, Wisconsin,. DLK Farm Service, owner.

Site plan review and possible approval of a proposed grocery store located at 1380 W. Main Street, Parcel #/WUP 00159, for DLK Farm Service.
