Created pursuant to Chapter 19.72 of the Whitewater Municipal Code and Chapter 62.23.3(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Board is authorized to hear appeals in matters related to zoning ordinances. Current members of the Common Council and/or the Plan Commission may not serve as members of the zoning board of appeals.
This board consists of five members appointed for three year terms with three alternate members. A quorum shall be four members of the board.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval. MEETS: 4th Thursday of the month at 6pm. QUORUM: (4) Members and (4) Members are required to grant a variance.
