Overview

Created pursuant to Chapter 5.20.025 of Whitewater Municipal Code to hold hearings concerning revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew alcohol licenses or permits, and considers requests for new alcohol permits. 

The Committee consists of three Common Council representatives only.
