The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Recovery & Resilience (ODR&R), is currently on the ground in Wisconsin, supporting individuals and businesses affected by the severe storms and flooding that occurred between August 9–12, 2025. We’ve opened Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) and have dedicated teams ready to help impacted businesses and private nonprofit organizations access vital recovery assistance.
Jefferson County is eligible for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) only.
Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) – Working capital loans to help small businesses and non-profit organizations of all sizes meet their ordinary and necessary financial obligations that cannot be met as a direct result of the disaster. These loans are intended to assist through the disaster recovery period.
