Disposing of Hauled Waste at the Wastewater Facility
The facility openly accepts hauled waste categorized as the following:
- Holding
- Leachate
- Monitoring wells
- RV
- Septage
- Specialty type wastes
Holding and septage loads are more common. They are billed on a per 1,000 gallon rate as established by City Council on an annual basis. Leachate, monitoring well waste and other specialty wastes must first be sampled, analyzed and approved prior to disposal at the facility.
