Yesterday’s groundbreaking may have taken place under drizzly skies, but the sunshine was still shining down on an exciting new chapter for Whitewater.
This new infill housing development will bring 14 owner-occupied, single-family homes to our community, helping address the growing need for quality housing in the City of Whitewater.
“This project is about more than building houses,” said Tim Vandeville Jr. of Stonehaven Development. “It’s about creating a path to homeownership for working families and showing that communities can be proactive and creative when solving the housing shortage. We’re grateful for the City of Whitewater’s partnership and excited to get started.”
