    WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE RETAIL LICENSE. IF YOU INTEND TO SELL ALCOHOL, CONTACT THE CITY CLERK IMMEDIATELY TO SEE WHETHER YOU QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE. IF YOU ARE CHARGING AN “ADMISSION” FEE, WHICH INCLUDES ALCOHOL, THAT IS ALSO CONSIDERED “SELLING” ALCOHOL.
