City ordinances prohibit use of alcohol in City Parks/Buildings unless a permit allowing consumption of alcohol is issued.
If a permit is issued, alcohol will be allowed only in the area described on the license.
Please review your license to be sure you understand where you will be allowed to serve alcohol.
I hereby request permission to serve alcohol on the date(s), time(s), and location specified above, and I hereby confirm that I am not selling or charging for alcohol and I am not charging an admission fee which covers the cost of alcohol. I also agree to abide by all State of Wisconsin alcohol use laws.
NOTICE: WISCONSIN STATUTES PROHIBIT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE RETAIL LICENSE. IF YOU INTEND TO SELL ALCOHOL, CONTACT THE CITY CLERK IMMEDIATELY TO SEE WHETHER YOU QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE. IF YOU ARE CHARGING AN “ADMISSION” FEE, WHICH INCLUDES ALCOHOL, THAT IS ALSO CONSIDERED “SELLING” ALCOHOL. If you have any questions, please call City Clerk, Heather Boehm at (262)473-0102. This permit authorizes only the consumption of alcoholic beverages on city property and does not authorize sale of alcoholic beverages in any manner whatsoever.
