Violation Report Form

Violation Form 2

The City of Whitewater has created a Violation Report Form for citizens to fill out and submit when they would like to report a violation. Examples may be:

  • Tall Grass or Weeds
  • Snow or Debris Removal
  • Brush, Junk, Trash or Unlicensed Auto
  • Toter
  • Home or Building Repair
  • Parking on Lawn
  • Over-Occupancy
  • Open Burning
  • Blowing Grass into Street
  • Yard Modification
  • Other

In order to file a violation report, the property in concern must be located within the City of Whitewater jurisdiction. Once submitted, city staff will inspect the concern. If a violation is in place, the property owner will be notified of any violation and given a timeframe to correct the issue. If the violation is not fixed, per ordinance, the violator will be issued a re-inspection fee. Vehicle complaints do not fall under zoning code and will be forwarded to the Police Department. The City must provide a copy of the violation report to any party requesting it under the open records law of the State of Wisconsin. For additional questions, contact Neighborhood Services at 262-473-0144.
