The City of Whitewater has a Meter Replacement Program, which is mandated by the DNR and the Public Service Commission. Letters were mailed on Wednesday, February 19th to customers who are due to have their water meters changed out this year.
Midwest Testing LLC has been hired to complete the installation of the new water meters between March 2nd and March 12th. All installers will have a photo ID, wear uniforms, travel in marked vehicles, and have completed a background check. If you received one of these letters, please respond to Midwest Testing before March 2nd. If you have any questions, please call the Water Utility at 473-0560.
