How to register for recreation programs:
  1. Online: Anytime from home or kiosk available at Municipal Building 2nd floor
  2. Mail*: Complete Registration Form and send to 312 W Whitewater Street; Whitewater, WI 53190
  3. Fax*: Complete Registration Form and fax to 262-473-0509
*Mail & Fax registrations will be processed once per week, the best way to guarantee placement is online.
