PSN LogoFREE online and phone Utility Bill Payment is available.  This service is hosted by Payment Services Network (PSN).  CLICK HERE or on the PSN Logo to login or create an account.  Your Utility Bill will be needed to set up your account.  Billing information will be available within the next month.  It will take 24 hours to load the last 12 months of billing information, however, the account will continue to receive the billing information after the first one-time request.  We also offer an IVR (pay by phone) service at (877) 885-7968 option 1.
