Board of Zoning Appeals
Created pursuant to Ch. 19.72 of the Whitewater Municipal Code and Ch.62.23.3(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes, consists of five members appointed by the City Manager/Common Council for three year terms with three alternate members. Quorum is 4 members of Board and a minimum of 4 votes are required to grant a variance.
