Community Development Authority
Formed pursuant to Charter Ordinance No. 4 and amended by Charter Ordinance 5, the Committee consists of seven resident members. Two of the members shall be members of the Common Council, and one member shall be a Plan and Architectural Review Board Commission representative. Terms are four years. CDA normally meets monthly on the fourth Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall - 312 W Whitewater Street in the Community Room.

Meeting Schedule
CDA Board Meetings are normally held every 4th Monday at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Committee meeting minutes are posted on the City web site once they are approved by the Common Council or the respective Committee. The Common Council and its Committees review and approve the minutes of the prior meeting at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
